7C boulder at 16: Chloé Caulier tops Il Sogno di Tarzan sit start

After a long serie of competition, time for some rest... maybe not. Back from Canada where she competed in the Wolrd Youth Championships, Chloé Caulier went for a week of vacation. Combining farniente at the Lake Como and bouldering sessions at Val Masino, Chloé topped many boulder in the 7th grade counting her first 7C: Il Sogno di Tarzan sit start.
"Il Sogno di Tarzan (Tarzan's dream) is one of the most famous boulder problems in Val Masino, a village that back famous with the Melloblocco festival. The sit start version was first climbing at the end of the 90's by Simone Pedeferri. It's a high boulder of about fifteen moves in a slightly overhanging wall (picture), with many lock-offs on crimps, a styl that suits me. The crux of the boulder is a dynamic move on to a slopper. I had to do a more feminin way by placing a high heal hook to do the move static."
At 16, the performance is just like the boulder: amazing! A performance that Chloé could celebrate with her family.
