Belgian Pierre Humblet, UIAA Acting President

After the General Assembly in Singapore, Alan Blackshaw resigned from President.
In accordance with the UIAA Statutes, Pierre Humblet, former Vice President, becomes acting President until new election in occasion of the 2006 General Assembly.
