Climbing Marche les dames

Hi all,

I'm planning to climb Marche les Dames, but according to this message [1] is is not allowed to non-Belgians. Is it True?

If not (and I hope not), it seems that I have to subscribe before. But I can't find informations about how to (and where) subscribe for climbing. Any help?

And last, but not least, I would also appreciate also any informations about place to stay close by (camping/bivouac/any-other-cheap-place).

It' s better, as suggested, to go climbing at Beez, just 2' by car from Marche-Les-Dames. At Marche-Les-Dames, you have to show an ID-card and a card from the Belgian Climbing federation.
