Drytooling near Dinant

Sorry mijn nederlands is niet so goed. Ik zal spreken in het Engles. Sorry if you dont want this public, many people from my home kept drytooling crags secret. I found a dry tooling area near Dinant today and would like to bring my tools and practice a bit. I wanted to ask if there are any rules about what can be climbed with tools and what cannot since not all routes have scratches from crampons. If you know what place I am speaking of please send me a message so I may know the rules and wont be the person who get this practice banned!
