We were just informed about the sudden and unexpected decease of Chloé Graftiaux in the Alps. She fell during the descent from the Aiguille de Peuterey. We support her family with all our hearts.

Alpinisme No K2 for Wim Smets
Nobody will get the K2 this year. Wim Smets failed in his attempt to reach the summit of the second highest mountain of the World. He won't be the first Belgian to climb the 8.611 meters. Not yet... He turned back between camp 3 and camp 4.

Alpinisme Relive Alaska
In May 2010, Sam Van Brempt and Joris Van Reeth travelled to Alaska to climb Mount McKinley. On the 7th of June, Joris made a deadly fall of 250m while they were in the middle of an attempt to climb the Cassin Ridge via the Japanese Couloir.
