Info for climbers

Qualifications?

The qualifications will be 'after work' and with a number of 10 boulders with a difficulty from 6B+ to 7B+.

There will be one group of climbers with the following time-schedule:

  • 9u00: start registration
  • 11u00: end registration
  • 10u00 - 12u00: free work-out
  • 12u00 - 15u00: climbing period (validation)
  • 15u00: end of selections

Only in the climbing period climbers can validate a Top or Bonus and every attempt will be counted.

Finals?

The finals will be on sight and with a number of 4 boulders.

The quota is 6 Belgian men and 4 Belgian women. The quota can be increased with 2 foreigners (2 men and 2 women) if they are within the quota.

Last weekend, it is with a 7th place in Kranj that Anak Verhoeven finishes her first adults international season. Being very regular, the Belgian finishes like she started. With a place in the final. Anak got a 4th place in the general ranking.

Loic Timmermans ends in a perfect way his youth career. He has been on so many podium since he is a young kid and got this morning his last medal. During the Youth World Championship that took place in Nouméa, the Belgian ended in silver in Junior.
